D/O Architects / Seamlessly Merging Structure with Nature
D/O Architects is an interdisciplinary design studio committed to design excellence through the seamless integration of structure and nature. To support the studio’s evolving goals, we led a strategic brand refresh that reorganized their portfolio of work into two distinct categories helping the team tailor their communications and outreach based on project type and audience.
To elevate each project design thesis, we created a system of illustrations and icons. These visuals help clarify the technical ideas behind the work, alongside photography and copy to add a layer of intuitive storytelling. The icon system also reinforces D/O’s central value: living well through a seamless integration with nature.
The portfolio was intentionally divided into two distinct categories Residential and Commercial to better reflect the firm’s range and to connect more directly with the priorities of each audience. This strategic split allowed us to tailor messaging and outreach, ensuring potential clients saw work that resonated with their needs. From a marketing perspective, it enabled us to craft targeted content and campaigns for each sector, leading to more meaningful engagement.
