I helped bring that vision to life by developing brand assets that emphasized clarity, warmth, and confidence. Using authentic photography, generous white space, a grounded color palette, and plain language messaging, we created materials that felt approachable and supportive.
We extended the new identity into a cohesive digital experience spanning landing pages, social media, personalized email campaigns, and beyond. The result was a consistent, human-focused brand presence that reinforces Medica’s commitment to making high quality care accessible and impactful for its members and communities transform Medica’s fragmented content approach into a more efficient and engaging experience.
We consolidated lifestyle content under the Be.Well brand, expanded it across digital channels, and ran targeted social campaigns to drive traffic to medica.com/be.well. By reusing high-performing content across segmented audiences and testing ad variations, we boosted engagement across email and web touch points improving satisfaction, retention, and care quality ratings. The result was a more cohesive, value-driven member experience rooted in useful content people actually value.
