AdvaHealth Solutions / For the People Behind the Image
Legacy medical imaging providers have spent decades locking radiology practices into rigid, expensive infrastructure, long contracts, heavy upfront costs, and systems that outlived their usefulness long before the agreement did. AdvaHealth built a real alternative: a cloud-native imaging platform with no contracts and no CapEx burden. My job was to give that product a brand with equal conviction.
We started with the people, not the product. Radiologists and the operators who buy on their behalf hear the same pitch differently. Radiologists want relief, freedom from clunky legacy systems eating into their day. Operators and IT directors want confidence, a defensible case for risk and flexibility. So we split the market into two registers from day one, and nearly everything downstream, ad copy, email sequences, even which words we used, got built twice, once for each audience, rather than compromised into one message trying to serve both.
That split became the logic behind a three-layer architecture, why the company exists, what it promises, and how that promise shows up in a specific claim, each layer built to reinforce the one above it, not repeat it.
That foundation now drives AdvaHealth's full identity system: a redesigned mark, color and typography system, and a sub-brand structure spanning AdvaPACS and AdvaView.
It also drives the go-to-market strategy built around RSNA, the industry's largest annual imaging conference. The plan runs on two layers working at once. A wide net builds unaided brand awareness and fills the demo schedule with volume. A warm net, personal outreach, account-specific targeting, diagnostic tools that give real value before ever asking for an email, converts the radiologists and operators who actually matter, while deliberately staying out of unmeasurable placements that mostly reach competitors instead of buyers.
It's a brand built to hold up under its own product's promise: modernization that's actually easy to adopt.
